Prof. Boccaccini is a member of the organizing committee of the Sixth International Conference on Mechanics of Biomaterials and Tissues (ICMOBT) to be held on 6-10 December 2015 in Waikoloa, Hawaii, USA. The conference is chaired by Prof. Marc A. Meyers (Univ. of California. San Diego). ICMOBT is organised every two years and it provides a unique international forum for researchers and practicing engineers from different disciplines to interact and exchange their latest results in the field, with dedicated sessions on biological materials, biomaterials and bioinspired materials. Abstracts can be submitted until 26th June 2015.
