The kick-off meeting of project B03 (Simultaneous printing of biofabricated constructs and tailored bioreactors) within the Collaborative Research Centre TRR 225 “From the fundamentals of biofabrication towards functional tissue models” took place on 17th April 2018 at the Institute of Biomaterials, University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. This project is a research collaboration between the groups of Dr. Sahar Salehi, University of Bayreuth, Dr. Jan Hansmann, Chair for Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine, University Hospital Würzburg and Professor Boccaccini, FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg. The project will investigate new approaches to biofabrication using composite bioinks and the simultaneous printing of bioreactors.
