Thomas Kreller receives Best Master Thesis Award of the German Society for Biomaterials (DGBM)

Thomas Kreller, PhD student supervised by Prof. Aldo R. Boccaccini, was awarded the prize for the Best Masters Thesis in Biomaterials 2019, which is awarded annually by the German Society for Biomaterials (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Biomaterialien e.V., DGBM). The thesis with the title: “Hierarchical Bioplotting for Cartilage Tissue Engineering” was supervised by Prof. Boccaccini in collaboration with Thomas Distler and Dr. Rainer Detsch at the Institute of Biomaterials. The prize was awarded at the Annual Meeting of the DGBM, held in Dresden, Germany, on September 09-13, 2019, in paralell to the ESB 2019 Conference, where Mr Kreller presented the key results of the project.
