Electrophoretic deposition of PEEK/GO: our paper in collaboration with colleagues of Imperial College London published in J. Mater. Sci.
Our paper entitled: “Nanocomposite coatings obtained by electrophoretic co-deposition of poly(etheretherketone)/graphene oxide suspensions” (co-authors: Eduin I. Gonzalez-Castillo, Tommaso Costantini, Milo S. P. Shaffer, and Aldo R. Boccaccini) has been published in the J. Mater. Sci. [1]. The paper presents results on the innovative application of electrophoretic deposition (EPD) to obtain PEEK/graphene oxide (GO) nanocomposite coatings on stainless steel. This is the result of a collaboration with the group of Prof. Milo Shaffer at Imperial College London, which was led by Dr. Eduin Gonzalez-Castillo of the FAU Institute of Biomaterials.
