Our recent paper in Advanced Materials Interfaces titled “3D Printing of Photocrosslinked Alginate Dialdehyde-Gelatin Hydrogels Reinforced with Cobalt-Containing Mesoporous Bioactive Glass Nanoparticles for Developing Skin Wound Dressings“, led by Dr. Ehsan Zeimaran, co-authored by Dr. Sara Pourshahrestani, Jonas Röder, Dr. Rainer Detsch, and Prof. Aldo R Boccaccini [1], has been highlighted by the Editor-in-Chief of the journal Dr. Jolke Perelaer and appeared in the site: Advanced Materials Interfaces Editors’ Choice. The paper reports a novel multimaterial hydrogel-Cobalt doped mesoporous bioactive glass nanoparticle system which can be 3D printed into scaffolds for skin wound dressing applications.
