Our participation at International Conference on Biofabrication (ISBF 2025) in Warsaw
Our Institute was well represented at the International Conference on Biofabrication (ISBF 2025), held on 13th–17th September 2025 in Warsaw, Poland. Hsuan-Heng Lu and Markus Lorke (PhD students) presented the results of their projects in oral presentations titled: “Alginate-dialdehyde–gelatin (ADA-GEL) based composite hydrogels for skeletal muscle biofabrication: development with an ionic medicine strategy” and “Development of oxidized hyaluronic acid-based hydrogels for neuronal tissue engineering: effects of matrix stiffness on primary neurons”. Moreover, the Collaborative Research Centre (SFB) 225 TTRR, which was also a sponsor of the conference, was strongly represented. It was also a great opportunity to meet former members and visitors of the Institute. Prof. A. R. Boccaccini was a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of ISBF 2025.
