Prof. Aldo R. Boccaccini delivers invited talk at scientific event in Argentina
On 3rd November, Prof. Boccaccini presented (online) the invited talk: “Can we persuade the body to heal itself? The biomaterials answer” at the “Science of Impact 2025: Biomaterials & AI” event, held online and in presence at CONICET, IFLP (Physic Institute of La Plata), Universidad Nacional de La Plata (UNLP), Argentina. The event was organized by Prof. Valeria Bosio, BIOMIT Lab Director at UNLP. The presentation of Prof. Boccaccini was connected to a talk by our former member Dr. Liliana Liverani, from DGS S.p.A. (Rome, Italy), who highlighted our collaborative work in the field of artificial intelligence applied to biomaterials, in particular for the optimization of the electrospinning production of cotton-wool like biodegradable fibers.
