Andrada-Ioana Damian-Buda wins Master Thesis Lecture Competition of the German Society for Materials Science (DGM)
We congratulate Andrada-Ioana Damian-Buda, PhD student in our Institute, on winning the Master Thesis Lecture Competition organized by the German Society for Materials Science (DGM) (LINK: https://dgm.de/de/home ) as part of the FEMS – Federation of European Materials Societies (LINK: https://fems.org/ ) “European Materials Day 2025”. Andrada presented a talk showcasing the results of her Master’s thesis carried out at our institute. As the first-place winner, she will attend the FEMS Junior Euromat 2026 (LINK: https://fems.org/junior-euromat-2026/ ) conference in Greece next year and will present her work in the European Master Thesis Lecture Competition as the DGM representative.
