Andrada-Ioana Damian-Buda named one of the winners of the Student Speech Contest of the Bioceramics Network of European Ceramic Society
Congratulations to Andrada-Ioana Damian-Buda, PhD student in our Institute, on being one of the winners of the 2025 Student Speech Contest of the Bioceramics Network (LINK: https://bioceramics.ecers.org/en/bi/home) of the EUROPEAN CERAMIC SOCIETY, (LINK: https://ecers.org/en/ec/home ) held online last month. Andrada presented the talk “From ions to new blood vessels: stimulating angiogenesis with Cu-releasing bioactive glasses”, showcasing the results of her Master’s thesis carried out in our Institute under supervision of Dr Irem Unalan and Prof. Aldo R. Boccaccini. Well done!
