Kick-off meeting of joint Polish-German research project (NCN-DFG – OPUS 28 LAP/Weave call) held online on 15th December 2025
The kick-off meeting of our project “Toward the design and customization of borate bioactive glasses, from fundamental composition–structure–property correlations to advanced 3D structures” (3Dboron4bone), was held online on 15th December 2025. This 3-year project was selected for funding by the NCN National Science Centre) (Poland) and the German Research Foundation (DFG) within the framework of the OPUS 28 LAP/Weave call.
From our side, Prof. Aldo R. Boccaccini (Principal Investigator), Dr Zoya Hadzhieva and Marcela Arango Ospina attended the meeting. From the Polish side, the colleagues from AGH University of Krakow (dr hab. inż. Michał Dziadek, dr hab. inż. Katarzyna Cholewa-Kowalska, and PhD students Katarzyna Kozubal, Patrycja Gaćkowska-Gondek), and from Jagiellonian University (prof. dr hab. Anna Maria Osyczka, and mgr Karolina Truchan) attended the meeting.
