On 4-6 March 2026, we received the visit of Prof. Emilio Alarcón, Director of the Bio-nanomaterials Chemistry and Engineering Laboratory at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute (University of Ottawa, Canada). We had a great exchange of ideas and discussed new opportunities for research collaborations in the fields of biomaterials and 3D printing for cardiovascular applications.
