Dr. Liliana Liverani (visiting researcher) presents invited talk (online) on data-driven design of tissue engineering scaffolds

On 7th May, we hosted the online presentation of Dr. Liliana Liverani, senior scientist at DGS spa, Rome (Italy), and visiting researcher in our Institute. Dr. Liverani presented the talk: “Data-driven design of tissue engineering scaffolds”. The event was attended by almost 60 members of our Institute, demonstrating the interest in the subject. Following our previous publication with Dr. Liverani and her team on the subject [1], we expect to expand our collaboration in the field of data-driven design of tissue engineering scaffolds, highlighting the importance of the interface between machine learning and biomaterials.
