Our team at the Institute of Biomaterials, University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, for the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) funded CRC/TRR225 Collaborative Research Center “From the fundamentals of biofabrication towards functional tissue models” is now complete! Together with Dr. Rainer Detsch, we are delighted to welcome Jahid Alakbarli, Daniela Sofía Del Salto Aguagallo, and Hakan Berk Aydin as new PhD students on this exciting CRC/SFB consortium in the field of Biofabrication. We look forward to fruitful collaborations with fellow TRR225 members at FAU, Universitätsklinikum Erlangen, The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg and University of Bayreuth and to the exciting developments ahead.
