Our PhD student Ms Andrada Damian-Buda was recognised received a Best Poster Presentation Award at the 35th Annual Conference of the European Society for Biomaterials (ESB 2026), held on 7-11 September 2026 in Antwerp, Belgium. She presented the poster: “Surface functionalization of mesoporous bioactive glass nanoparticles: modulating protein adsorption and tailoring cell interactions for intracellular ion delivery”. We congratulate Andrada on this great achievement!
