“HyMedPoly” EU ITN: collaboration between the Institute of Biomaterials and Lucideon Ltd (UK)
In the framework of the European network (MSCA-ITN-2014-EID – Marie Skłodowska-Curie Innovative Training Networks) HyMedPoly – Drug-Free Antibacterial Hybrid Biopolymers for Medical Applications, our Institute is collaborating with Lucideon Ltd., Stoke-on-Trent, UK, in the field of organic and inorganic antibacterial materials. The PhD students carrying out research in this project: Muhammad Maqbool, Binh Thi Thanh Phan, Agata Lapa, Seray Kaya, Lukas Gritsch spend 50% of their time carrying out research in the industrial partner.
