Our review paper entitled “Poly(Glycerol Sebacate) in Biomedical Applications—A Review of the Recent Literature” (authors: Lena Vogt, Florian Ruther, Sahar Salehi (Univ. of Bayreuth) and Aldo R. Boccaccini) has been just published in the journal Adv. Healthcare Materials [1]. In this review (open access) we have comprehensively covered the wide range of biomedical applications of PGS-based biopolymer materials, from drug delivery systems to tissue engineering scaffolds and implants, focusing on advanced modifications and innovative synthesis methods for PGS.
