BIOSCENT progress meeting in Paris
Dr. Ranjana Rai and Prof. Aldo R. Boccaccini attended the progress meeting of the project “BIOactive highly porous and injectable scaffolds controlling stem cell recruitment, proliferation and differentiation and enabling angiogenesis for Cardiovascular Engineered Tissues” (BIOSCENT), a European Union FP7 project in Paris on 18-19 Jan. 2012. The meeting was organised by one of the consortium partner member, L’Institut Mutualiste Montsouris (IMM). Dr Rai presented project results on: “Advances in the development of cardiac patch based on biodegradable elastomeric materials”.
