Meeting in Buenos Aires
Professor Aldo R. Boccaccini met Prof. Viviana Mouriño of the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology, University of Buenos Aires, Argentina, during his visit to Buenos Aires. There is a long standing collaboration with the group of Professor Mouriño. The collaborative project “Design and development of novel matrices for tissue engineering and/or drug delivery for pathologies of high social and economic impact” was successfully finalised. The project was funded by the International Bureau of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) in Germany, and the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovative Production in Argentina. The following review paper has been recently published and two new publications are in preparation:
