Project meeting in Ludwigshafen
Prof. Aldo R. Boccaccini attended the collaborative project meeting at the Department of Hand, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, BG Trauma Center Ludwigshafen with participation of Prof. Ulrich Kneser, director, Dr. Leila Harhaus and other members of the Department. Our Institute is collaborating with the Department of Prof. Kneser in the field of bioactive glass based scaffolds for bone regeneration. The collaboration with the group of Prof. Kneser started while he was at the University Hospital in Erlangen, the last paper resulting from the collaborative project has been just published [1].
