Scientific Seminar of the “North-Bavarian Biomaterials Alliance in Bayreuth
The 8th Scientific Seminar of the “North-Bavarian Biomaterials Alliance (NBBA) took place on 3rd November 2015 in Bayreuth, Germany, with participation of professors, post-docs and PhD students from the University of Bayreuth, the University of Würzburg and the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. NBBA was established in 2010 for initiative of Prof. Boccaccini and colleagues at the Universities of Würzburg and Bayreuth to strengthen the collaboration in the field of biomaterials between the Universities in the region. The program of the 8th Scientific Seminar is available here. The two speakers from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg were PD DR A. Arkudas (Department of Plastic and Hand Surgery, University of Erlangen Medical Center) (pictured with Prof. Boccaccini), who presented the talk: “AV loop model for bone tissue engineering” and Prof. A.
