University of La Plata, Argentina, Francesca Serio, visiting PhD Student, Università del Salento, Lecce, Italy, Dr. Go Kawamura, visiting researcher from Toyohashi University of Technology, Japan, Buşra Çinçin, visiting student from Yıldız Technical University, Istanbul, Turkey, Nasiye Yildirim, visiting student from Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey, Ana Ferrández Montero, visiting PhD student from CENIM-CSIC and ICV-CSIC, Madrid, Spain and Inês Barroso, visiting Master student, University of A Coruña, Spain. They are working on topics as varied as mesoporous bioactive glass nanoparticles, polymer coated bioactive glass scaffolds, electrophoretic deposition of nanomaterials, electrospinning of composite fibres and cell biology characterisation of Mg-polymer composites.
