At the digital science event G’scheid schlau, Dr. Rainer Detsch presented the talk entitled “3D printing of tissue and organs: opportunities, challenges and limitations” during the event series “Technology of today for medicine of tomorrow – an interactive panel discussion with experts from FAU”. This was followed by a panel discussion of experts. Dr. Detsch presented out latest research in the field of 3D printing, with recent results in the framework of the Collaborative Research Centre TRR/SFB 225 “From the fundamentals of biofabrication towards functional tissue models”.
