Measurements at DESY (Deutsches Elektronen-Synchrotron) in Hamburg
Prof. Aldo R. Boccaccini, Dr. Rainer Detsch, and PhD students Francesco Iorio, Hsuan-Heng Lu and Jonas Roeder participated in a measurement campaign at DESY (Deutsches Elektronen-Synchrotron) in the period 7-14 November 2022. This activity was in collaboration with Dr. Andre L. C Conceição, senior researcher at DESY, SAXSMAT beamline. Several samples could be characterized, including PCL-biopolymer fibers made by electrospinning (project P4FiT and alginate-gelatine hydrogels and their composites with bioactive glass nanoparticles (project B03 in the TRR/SFB 225 Biofabrication consortium).
