Visit from Prague
Prof. Evzen Amler and Ms Eva Prosecka, M.Sc. (PhD student) from Institute of Biophysics, Charles University in Prague and Institute of Experimental Medicine AS CR, Department of Tissue Engineering in Prague (Czech Republic) visited our Institute this month. Currently there are collaborations with Prof. Amler’s group in the framework of EU project BIOSCENT on developing nanofibrous cardiac patches.
On the other hand, Ms Prosecka is visiting our Institute to work on a project involving the development of polymer-bioactive glass composites for bone tissue engineering. Her visit is funded by COST Action NAMABIO. (Click image to enlarge)
