ESB 2017 Special Issue in J. Mater. Sci. Mater. Med. published
The “ESB 2017” Special Issue” has been published in the Journal of Materials Science: Materials in Medicine, co-edited by Prof. Maria Chatzinikolaidou, University of Crete, and Prof. Aldo R. Boccaccini (pictured). The special issue includes 22 contributions covering natural, synthetic and composite biomaterials, hierarchically structured and multifunctional biomaterials, with applications in a broad range of sectors, such as regeneration of bone, dental, cardiovascular tissues and nanomedicine. One paper from our Institute is included in this special issue [1].
