Prof. Ifty Ahmed, University of Nottingham, UK, visits the Institute of Biomaterials
On 17th Dec. 2018 we received the visit of Prof. Ifty Ahmed, Faculty of Engineering, University of Nottingham, UK. We collaborate with the research group of Prof. Ahmed in the field of phosphate glasses for biomedical applications, including phosphate glass fibres. Recently, the results of a research project in collaboration with Prof. Ahmed, led by Dr. Qiang Chen, School of Life Sciences, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi’an, China, alumni of our Institute, has been published [1].
