Prof. Stephanie Willerth presents invited seminar hosted by the Institute of Biomaterials
Prof. Stephanie Willerth, acting director of the Center for Biomedical Research, University of Victoria, Canada, presented the seminar: “3D bioprinting personalized neural tissues for drug screening” In the framework of our Emerging Fields Initiative (EFI) project “Novel Biopolymer Hydrogels for Understanding Complex Tissue Biomechanics”, hosted by Prof. Aldo R. Boccaccini. The seminar was presented also in the context of the seminar series of the Collaborative Research Centre SFB/TRR 225 “From the fundamentals of biofabrication towards functional tissue models”. More than 90 participants attended the seminar. We are grateful to Prof. Willerth for her excellent presentation in a research area attracting increasing interest.
