Prof. Boccaccini finalizes his tenure as DFG Review Board member
Prof. Aldo R. Boccaccini was an elected member of the Review Board (406: Materials Science) of the German Research Foundation (DFG) for the area “Biomaterials” for two consecutive periods, from 2012 to 2020. Prof. Boccaccini said: “It has been a privilege and honor to serve the German materials science scientific community, in particular as representative of the subject area “Biomaterials”, in the Review Boards of the DFG for 8 years, specially because participating in this important function results from direct election of the members of the research community”.
