Kick-Off meeting (Part I) of P4 FIT (EU funded ITN project)
The first part of the kick-off meeting of the EU funded project “Perspectives for Future Innovation in Tendon Repair” (P4 FIT) took place remotely on 22nd January 2021. 33+ participants from 10 different countries and 21 different institutions (universities and companies) attended the meeting, chaired by project coordinator Prof. Helder Santos,, University of Helsinki, Finland. The P4 FIT consortium will investigate the development of new therapeutic and diagnostic methods for tendon injuries using nanomedicine and tissue engineering approaches. Prof. A. R. Boccaccini and Dr. L. Liverani attended the meeting. Part II of the kick-off meeting will take place on 29th January. The project is part of the EU H2020-MCSA-ITN-EJD-2020 program.
