Even with the restrictions imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic, many researchers, PhD students and undergraduate visiting students have found their way to our Institute to carry out their research projects on a wide variety of biomaterial topics, including 3D printing, electrospinning, biopolymer-bioactive glass composites and coatings, antibacterial materials, bioceramic scaffolds and phytotherapeutic-biomaterial compounds.
