Prof. Aldo R. Boccaccini presented keynote talk at BSTE 2021 (8th Belgian Symposium on Tissue Engineering)

On 13th November Prof. Aldo R. Boccaccini presented online the keynote talk “Bioactive glasses with tuned ion releasing capability as versatile biomaterials for tissue engineering” at BSTE 2021, the 8th Belgian Symposium on Tissue Engineering organized in Louvain-la-Neuve by Prof. Dr. Greet Kerckhofs on behalf of the Belgian Society for Tissue Engineering. At this conferemce, Ms Mahshid Monavari, PhD student in our Institute, presented the poster “3D printed alginate dialdehyde-gelatin (ADA-GEL) hydrogel constructs reinforced with phytotherapeutic icariin loaded mesoporous SiO2-CaO nanoparticles”.
