Prof. Boccaccini attends Executive Committee meeting of Federation of European Materials Societies
Prof. Aldo R. Boccaccini attended the meeting of the Executive Committee (EC) of the Federation of European Materials Societies (FEMS), chaired by FEMS president Prof. Anna Zervaki, which took place online on 23rd February 2022. Prof. Boccaccini is the representative of the German Materials Society (DGM)) in FEMS EC since 2017, and he serves as FEMS Vice-President and Section Editor (“Biomaterials for life science and healthcare”) in the European Journal of Materials (EJM), the official journal of FEMS. FEMS is a not-for profit association of European materials societies and associations covering several fields of materials science and engineering, including metals, polymers, ceramics, composites, glasses, nano and biomaterials in 22 different countries.
