Dr. Farnaz Ghorbani at 1st Baltic Symposium on Polymer and Biomaterial(s) Science” in Szczecin, Poland

Dr. Farnaz Ghorbani, currently Alexander von Humboldt Postdoctoral fellow in our Institute, participated in the “1st Baltic symposium on Polymer and (Bio)Materials Science (Baltic BioMat)” held on 22-23 September 2022 at West Pomeranian University of Technology, Szczecin, Poland, which was chaired by Prof. Miroslawa el Fray from the Division of Functional Materials and Biomaterials, Faculty of Chemical Technology and Engineering, Szczecin University of Technology. The theme of the symposium “From Materials Design to Advanced Structures” focused on the most recent achievements in polymer and biomaterial design, as well as materials engineering approaches towards the control of structure and performance. Dr. Ghorbani delivered an oral presentation titled: “Polydopamine functionalized electroconductive gelatin-PEDOT:PSS matrices for bone regeneration”.
