Strong participation of our Institute at Bioceramics 32 in Venice, Italy
Prof. Aldo R. Boccaccini and Dr. Qaisar Nawaz attended the 32nd Symposium and Annual Meeting of the International Society for Ceramics in Medicine (ISCM) (BIoceramics 32) which took place in Venice, Italy, on 20-23 September 2022. Ms Nurshen Mutlu (FunGlass) and Ms Sadaf Batool (visiting researcher) we are also in attendance and presented an oral presentation and a poster. Prof. Boccaccini was a plenary speaker at the conference presenting the talk: “Bioactive glasses releasing multiple biologically active ions for regenerative medicine”, he also chaired the session “Bioceramics for soft tissue applications and skin care”. There was an opportunity to meet colleagues collaborating in EU projects BBCE and FunGlass.
