On 23-24 February 2023 we received the visit of Prof. Hermann Seitz, Head of the Chair of Mikrofluidics, University of Rostock. Prof Seitz also visited our laboratories and discussed further collaborations with members of our Institute (pictured). We collaborate with Prof. Seitz’s group in the framework of the Collaborative Research Centre SFB 1270/2 ELAINE – Electrically Active Implants, in particular in project B01, the research activities led in our Institute by PhD student Ms Lisa Schöbel and, during the first funding period of ELAINE, by our former PhD student Dr. Thomas Distler. The collaboration has resulted in several joint publications including /1,2/.
