Working groups meeting: “Biomimetic Biomaterials” and “Tissue Engineering”
On 26th February, Professor Aldo R. Boccaccini presented the lecture “Scaffolds and Biofabrication at the Erlangen Institute of Biomaterials” at the recent joint meeting of Working Groups “Biomimetic Biomaterials” and “Tissue Engineering” of the Biomaterials Section of the German Materials Society (DGM). The meeting was held at the University of Bayreuth and hosted by Prof. T. Scheibel. The theme was “Biofabrication” with Dr. K. Borchers (Fraunhofer IGB, Stuttgart), Prof. P. Kluger (Reutlingen University) and Prof. G. Tovar (Fraunhofer IGB, Stuttgart) as chairs.
