Prof. Boccaccini: Invited speaker at Justus-Liebig-University Giessen
On 19th July 2018, Prof. Boccaccini was a guest speaker at Justus-Liebig-University Giessen, Medical School, in the framework of the Collaborative Research Centre Transregio 79 (SFB/TRR 79): “Materials for tissue regeneration within systemically altered bone“, hosted by Prof. Christian Heiss, Director of the Clinic for Trauma, Hand and Reconstructive Surgery and Spokesperson of TRR 79.
Prof. Boccaccini presented the lecture: “Bioactive materials and biofabrication for bone and soft tissue engineering“.
We plan collaboration with the research group led by Prof. Heiss (pictured with Prof. Boccaccini) in the field of novel bioactive materials for bone repair.
