Meeting of the European Society for Biomaterials (ESB) Council
The regular meeting of the Council of the European Society for Biomaterials (ESB) was held remotely on 20th May. This year ESB will be present at the World Biomaterials Congress (WBC). Prof. Boccaccini serves in the Council as ESB vice-president and as officer (liaison) for the ESB Young Scientists Forum (YSF). The meeting was attended by ESB Council members: Prof. Pamela Habibovic (the Netherlands), ESB president, Prof. Silvia Fare (Italy), Affiliated Societies Officer, Prof. Aldo R. Boccaccini (Germany), ESB vice-president and YSF Officer, Prof. Marc Bohner (Switzerland), ESB treasurer, Prof. Ana Pego (Portugal), ESB secretary, Prof. Karine Anselme (France), Education Officer, Prof. Peter Dubruel (Belgium), Industrial liaison officer, Prof. Nicholas Dunne (Ireland), Communication and Journal Liaison Officer, Prof. Abhay Pandit (Ireland), IUS-BSE Liaison and Conference Officer.
