The second part of the kick-off meeting of the EU funded project “Perspectives for Future Innovation in Tendon Repair” (P4 FIT) took place remotely on 29th January 2021.  Project partners from 10 different countries and 20+ different institutions (universities and companies) attended the meeting, chaired by project coordinator Prof. Helder Santos,  University of Helsinki, Finland. Prof. Boccaccini introduced the activities of the Institute of Biomaterials in this project and highlighted the specific research topics to be covered by the three ESRs (PhD students) to be based in Erlangen. The project is part of the EU H2020-MCSA-ITN-EJD-2020 program. The ESR positions within P4 FIT will be advertised soon.
